Open the People page
Find the department head by: name or other search options.
Beneath the 360 org chart use the All Reports button to open a chart with everyone who reports to the head
Embed the Org Chart
Embed the Org Chart
Edit the site and visit the page to add the chart to
Use the Embed option in the Insert panel
Paste the URL of the chart created in the steps above
Move and resize the embedded chart as required
Publish the site
